How about this for balance...

In the last 10 years a different team has won the Sun Belt Tournament. If TXST, GSU, GS, APP, ASU, or UTA wins it this year then we will continue the trend.

A team has not won back to back tournaments since 2000-2001 (USA).

A team has not won the regular season title (shared or outright) in back to back seasons since USA did it 2001-2004.

The regular season champion has only won the tournament 5 times since the Sun Belt got rid of divisions in 1995:
2014 - Louisiana Lafayette
2009 - Middle Tennessee
2006 - Troy
2001 - USA
1996 - USA
