"Parking is available in all paved areas around Huskie Stadium, including Lot K (Old movie lot), P (Stevenson large lot) and PS (Stevenson small lot) and the NIU Convocation Center. At this time, grass lots are not scheduled to be open for parking. "

Should be mostly anywhere but on the grass. Wonder if baseball or softball are home...?

How many would you all guess are going to show up to watch? I would love to attend one year, living far away stinks sometimes.

Last year was decent 1000-1250...with my foggy memory anyways. BUT if the weather forecast of 66 and sunny does happen then we could have 1500+.

It really depends on how much the locals show up really as I doubt anyone from further out who are not already diehards will be showing up anyways.

I would guess a few hundred, but I hope it's around 15,000.

I wonder if it will be on ESPN3?

Last year they changed the format at the last min due to injuries. Right now I expect full contact but we have not heard much about spring ball so who knows what is going on with injuries.

I would guess that Beebe and TLL will both be out or maybe participate but have a no contact jersey.

I agree with someones previous post that TLL should be in bubble wrap this spring.

I still would like to get a dog pound group together for a November MACtion game to get the discount. Free snacks too which always helps the kids stay sane.

We can all wear Dog Pound name tags!

Thats up to HFA.

LOL yea...I am in charge of DogPound name tags. Been off the board (mostly) so not sure what you are referring to HuskieJohn. You want to do something in the endzone club?

Me & my guys are not going to make it to DeKalb for the spring game. Would if I lived closer.

For the game on the 18th vs WMU I was wondering if I/we could get a group of 10 to get the discounted passes to the Endzone Club.

With the group of 10 the tickets are discounted to $100ea (down from $125ea). A steep price for us little guys but there will be heated tents and food included so that would definitely make the game much more enjoyable.

I still don't know if I can even do it but I would toss the idea out there to see how many are interested.

Whoa! a hundred bucks?? Heated tents sounds wonderful but I can say right now... no can do. I'm shocked to even see you - Mr. Stick to the Budget HuskieJohn - even post this! lol

I don't have the wife or kids with me for those school night games.

So I think of it this way...a $100 donation to HAF and a $12 additional return on my taxes and my name listed on the website or $100 to pay HAF for a Endzone Club pass for 1 night of living the premium Huskie Football life.

It likely wont happen for me but wanted to put out the idea.

I'll probably walk that way with the beagle to scope things out, is it purely inside the stadium or more outside?

It all depends. If it is made with a true gourmet cheese, I would go with a nice Stella, Sam Adams seasonal ale, or even one of the fine local craft beers (such as 3 Floyds). You may also want to consider a fine Aquaviva wine, or even a hard apple cider.

If it is made with some generic cheese, just find yourself a six-pack of Old Milwaukee and go 03-puke in a far-away corner.

I say give the gourmet sandwich a try. It could be very good! :-)

I bought three for my family last year in The Yard. Its texas toast bread with generic cheese with some spice Mayo stuff. HOWEVER, it was good so I will be looking for them again if they show up on Saturday or before any game.
