come on now...you know this is now a suckfest of the appendages of the wky/herd group...best 3 teams in history...all the rest just suck...

I'm obviously a bit biased, but I feel the best bets for CUSA programs going 4-0 with these schedules are 1) Old Dominion, 2) Middle Tennessee, and 3) Marshall.
UTEP has a game @ Texas. Old Dominion has a game @ NC State. MT has a game @ Vanderbilt. Marshall has a home game vs Louisville and a game @ Pitt. Those are all much easier slates than any OOC that includes playing @ Texas IMO.
Louisville is in the ACC, now. Hope they don't use their refs at our place for the game. No way in hell they let us win that one. That's a 30 year streak of wins over Louisville I don't want broken.

RE: 2016 OOC Schedules
FIU should be able to get any non elite p5 school to play them down there. They are in Miami, it's that simple, one of the hottest recruiting grounds in the country. But they still suck, have no support, the worst stadium, and make horrible decisions.

Wow, that is a lot of venom in that post.
I thought this thread was about scheduling in 2016, when did it morph to "fan support in 2016"?
Happy Easter and happy hating, MU42!

I think Army can beat UTEP on the road because we have prior experience in that region. We whipped Mexico there.
Oh, we are talking about football? Maybe we can keep them under 50.

I don't see the ACC membership as that much of a difference of us playing them vs a few years ago at Louisville. They were basically pulling in ACC level talent for years, competing in the ACC from the start.
The primary thing I'd be most worried about next year vs our win against them a few years ago is Petrino as HC now. Say what you want about him, that guy knows how to get production out of a program. Strong is an awesome HC, but that game we won against them was Bridgewater's first game as a starter ever. Was a great win, but a lot of stuff came together for that win to come out in our favor.

NC State comes to Norfolk this year. Only OOC away game we play is @EMU the season opener and I highly doubt that 4-0 with ODU you know breaking a new QB and hitting the ground running are never easy. My optimistic prediction for our OOC is 3-1 and if we don't break even I will be disappointed
We're talking about the 2016 year OOC though right? That game is @NCState

Being in the ACC has nothing to do with Louisville talent and everything to do with their referees ******* anyone that plays an ACC team. That's why I said I don't want their refs in our house. And being that we accommodated them to get in the ACC they shouldn't have that option, but they probably already signed it that way. Neutral refs or our refs.

RE: 2016 OOC Schedules
We was in the talks of a 1 and Done @Auburn in 2016 but those talks fell through. Now we are looking at either a 7th home game against a 1AA school, series against a Top AAC or MWC school or a 1 and done against an Elite P5.
It just sucks for us when it comes to scheduling, we don't have the recruiting base, we are tough at home, and we are going to field great teams while Doc is in town

RE: 2016 OOC Schedules
When you play an ACC team, you not only have to play well but you have to play well enough to beat the opposing team and the refs. Pray Ron Cherry doesn't show up. If he does, you have no chance.
