my cards open with the cubbies easter sunday....so obviously I'm pulling for the Blues to get their first cup....

IMO, playoff hockey offers the best 'bang for viewing' buck in all of sport...

Hope so. Last few weeks have been miserable.

I'd honestly rather play the Blues or Hawks in the first round rather than the Wild. They've been on a tear. Lose-a-peg is my first choice :)

GO Predators! Felt a lot better about our chances a month ago....Hopefully they get it back starting now....

I'm born and raised in Tampa. Grew up an USF fan actually. Panthers are my #2 team now that I go to school down here. But Lightning and Rays will always have a special place in my heart.

The Blackhawks should be a tough out for the Preds because they are a seasoned playoff team but that is why I picked the Preds in 7-- I don't think either team can do it in 5 or less.

Could a team enter the playoffs any worse than the Predators, good lord...Will not be surprised at all if they are swept the Blackhawks...

Despite being for the most part a die-hard St. Louis sports fan, we've lived in SoCal long enough that I've become a hockey traitor ... big Ducks fan.

Jets scare me a bit in the first round ... a big, physical team with a hot goaltender. That being said, I wanted no part of Minnesota in the first round.

As mentioned previously, not much better than playoff hockey.
