Yep!

This coach gets it. We are never perfect we must improve I like it.

Enjoy the ride. It will not last long. Which sucks for us.

Maybe we should just save ourselves the trouble and shut the entire athletic program down. Good grief.

Maybe you should not be a drama queen and enjoy the ride. I know I have and will.

Anyone else notice Coach seeming more relaxed than he has in the past? Maybe it's just me but I get the vibe that he's much more at ease now for very obvious reasons. Really is remarkable what he's done with our program.

the amazing part is that he was as steady after a win as he was a loss.

it is a remarkable trait.

Does anyone remember the Fuente interview after his first practice with the team? First thing I thought...was uh oh, this ain't good. Our team is in worse shape than Fuente even imagined.

Only if they swap salaries. The football coach is worth what the basketball coach makes. Sadly the basketball coach isn't worth what the football coach makes.

Been saying this for a while!

Yes, and along that same line, does anyone remember or have knowledge of some kind of 6 stage workout over 2 days that Fuente put the players through? It was mentioned weeks ago by either Parrish or Calkins and the gist was that the first year, the players couldn't get through the first day.

I may have heard that completely wrong but was interested in what it was all about.

"Maturity" "Sense of Urgency" & "Execution" Sounds like practices are really intense and utilized to prepare for what Fu expects in games. A sign of a "Leader" that has a plan, an agenda as well as a purpose.....So thankful that he is on our side #AwesomeCoach

I am ready another great season. Last one was so much fun . I am ready to see the team at friday night stripes . I hope we are able to replace what we lost on defense. The O line is gonna tell us what the year will be like.

Disagree... the Defense will tell us the potential year will be like. O line only lost 1 player I believe and the transfer from Louisville will plug right in.

We will win as many games as the defense allows us to win. We should be able to put up enough points to win all games with exception of the Ole Miss game. Stay tuned!

The D-Line and linebacker backups got lots of reps last year and performed well. Corners and safeties are the real question marks to me.

We'll be fine at safety. We have Marcus Ball returning as a senior safety, too.

He made a public statement to that effect on his first day here. A lot the predictions of his leaving come from those who WANT him gone.

Who wants him gone?

SEC football fans and Pastner lovers?

I can see why both would want him gone. SEC see him as a threat.

Pastner lovers see what can be done in a short period of time with limited resources by a guy that can really coach.
