Bailiff ahead of the curve?
Apparently so.

Just read the above article about Bailiff being the first coach to become a client for a company called APTUS three seasons ago. They offer a product (a test really) which was borrowed from the military and helps identify individual player's learning styles, and apparently also helps coaches identify ways to better manage their players. There was an interesting story at the end of the article about handling a kicker differently due to his test results.

Thought this was kind of cool and was surprised to see Bailiff be such an early adopter.
