Oliver Luck, Shots of Crown, etc...
The evidence is basically hearsay...but we've all been in bars and this is totally believable. LOL at him ordering shots and stiffing his younger WVU fanboys with the bill.

I can't believe he is working for the NCAA...time to scuttle that place.

I wouldn't put too much stock into the secondhand reporting of a guy known only as "StocktonShorts."
