Big game being playing downtown at the AAA stadium. Should be a crowd between 8K-9K. First pitch by Mark Price at 6:05.

Thought the game was at 7. Had most of my coworkers on board to go, but we generally are at work until 6:15 or 6:30 and with it being the last day of the month, we're pretty slammed and can't leave early...so instead of 8 of us going, none of us are.

That sucks. Seems like a lot of people are going to be late...ballpark is 25% filled.

NC State 3 Charlotte 2 after 3 innings. The NC State fans around don't know what a strike zone is and are half deaf because they don't what a ball hitting a metal bat sounds like.

I wish Niner fans could take all the credit but there were a solid 2500 - 3000 NC State fans and another 2000 just regular baseball fans.

Still though, the atmosphere was fantastic. Would have loved to have gotten the win, but other than that it was an extremely fun evening.

From what I've read sounds like it was a great atmoshphere. To bad the bad guys won. Good to see Coach Price out and about greeting fans.

Great game and atmosphere. It "looked" like a near sell-out (10,000 capacity), although I know it was not officially, but there were not many empty seats. Big time crowd!!!

Great atmosphere for college baseball last night!

Looking forward to playing there each year. If the Niners can become more successful , this may be a nice venue for the C-USA Tournament.

Took two other FSL holders with us last night. We had a good time despite the loss. Don't mind doing one big one uptown a year.
