We need all the help we can get right now. Still cannot for the life of me understand why we cannot score in league play. When we do score, we give up a ton of runs, when we don't score, we lose 3-2. So Frustrating.

03-lmfao I was bummed about the TXST series but maybe we can take 2 of 3 from the Cajuns and go .500 on the road trip. We probably won't though.

That offense of their's is very good. A poor pitching performance and things could spiral downhill quick.

Panthers get GT at Panthersville tomorrow night. I saw a Panther victory there a few years ago, hoping for another one. (Yes, I'm a GT fan too, but midweek games mean more to our program than they do to Tech...the wins are just a bigger deal, so I pull for the Panthers.)

Tommy Raffo was ejected for arguing balls and strikes in the 8th, which led to a very entertaining postgame interview in which he spent a lot of time talking about the strike zone.

Cajuns made a 7th inning push and cut the LSU lead to 2, but fell short and lost 8-6.

Y'all are the damnedest program to figure out . . . Congrats on the Win

You don't have to tell me. 2-3 versus the Big 12 this year. Those two wins are against the top teams, ranked #15 or better. 2 of the 3 losses are against middle of the pack or worse in that conference.

It helps that Levi Scott was back and that McLemore, who came back from an injury last week, looked his form tonight, but still, We left over 30 runners in scoring position in five games last week. Two to three hits in key areas last week would have dramatically altered the record.

and a good crowd of 1211. that place must have been rockin..

Vols take a lead on a 2 out 3 run shot in the 5th. We are not throwing a single normal weekend reliever today
