Tennessee beat AState 7-4. Another strange game, we hit the ball hard all night, but kept finding gloves. The importance of the South Alabama series meant that could not throw any potential weekend guys today, relievers or starters. Since our top midweek guys were used Tuesday, that means a converted outfielder got to start and pitch 7 innings, and a bunch of Freshman finished up.

Hard to win in that scenario. And to be honest, we should have tried harder. Our closer and set up man could have each thrown an inning tonight. It's probably going to rain all day Friday anyway.

We always play our Easter weekend series as Thurs-Sat. Do the rest of you play on Easter or do you do double headers?

We are 4-11-1 OOC this year. I wouldn't depend on us.
