Great job. Surprising Cokley or Lee wasn't considered.

Congrats to Norton.

Congrats to Norton.

The few games I saw him play made me really sad we didn't end up getting him. He wasn't putting up SC Top 10s or anything like that, but he's got an automatic rebound advantage and he knows how to hinder someone's shot.

Haas, lee, Mehinti and cokley would've become a force for us for years. It sucks we missed on him, but I think Lee is going to develop into the better player. Haas was solid from day 1 though.

We could have used his size against UCLA

I think Haas was not the best fit and may have been worried about playing time in later years With Lee

Haas and Lee don't play the same position, so that wasn't the issue.

If anything, Haas would have have taken minutes from Mehinti, and honestly, probably would have started over Mehinti (or Mehinti would have moved over to PF).

As we saw in the UCLA game, we absolutely needed someone with Haas's size.

Haas probably made the right choice for his future as Purdue always features a 7 footer as the cornerstone of their team.

Still, I wish he were in Birmingham.
