One advantage of an assistant from a "higher" level...
program is they may have a couple of players they can bring with them. When Newell came here, I've got to assume that some of the players he brought in late were guys he was recruiting for Oklahoma, but they didn't quite make the "cut" there. They were plenty good enough for us.

One advantage of an assistant from a "higher" level...
You would probably get a transfer and a couple of kids he was recruiting there.

Tech got a pg from ole miss and recruited 4 all conference players including the all time blocks and steals in the one move.

I want that here.
