No no. It's just that this happened on Monday I think. Thought it already got it's play. Apparently the Bengals big sticking point wasn't the blackout (which they claim to be in favor of lifting), it was the tacked on 85% minimum for the away team. Mikes doesn't want to guarantee a minimum payout to the other team if he doesn't sell at least 85% of his seats. I think that's a bit myopic on his part seeing as how his team is the away team 50% of the time.

I don't understand him on this one, but the last time he did so was the CBA before the last lockout. About a year and a half later all of the owners were crying foul, not just him.
Not that I'm on the side of the owners as a whole. I think the NFL is an incredibly sleazy business they preys on it's customers and employees...
