Reid was the worst example of partisan politicians. He consistently lied and single handedly brought the Senate to a halt by not allowing votes on any legislation that might have "embarrassed" the White House. Many of the votes he blocked could have helped Dems in the 2012 election (Mary Landreau probably hopes the old fart has a stroke before he retires and is carried out of the Senate drooling on himelf.) He changed the rules to allow for Obammy to stack the district courts. He may never have passed a budget in his career.
He is the worst majority leader in history.
He'd win 40 states in a race against Cruz or McConnell.
And that's a testament to how far we have fallen and are falling.
Argentina, here we come, on our way to Zimbabwe. Or maybe with Reid we could skip Argentina.
A collapsing dollar, crumbling economic sector, rising unemployment, massive debts, massive defaults, etc.
Where have we seen that before in the US? And what party brought that on?

Which political party caused it? 80's repubs and Dems during Clintons presidency. When did all those policies actually cause the economy to fail? During Bush's two terms.
Besides, can't we all agree that its not a singular party at fault? Both parties are, both have their interests before the people they serve.
This is the problem.
Democrats/lefties see everything through one prism. Republicans/righties are responsible for all evil, democrats/lefties are armed with the twin swords of truth and justice.

Used to be, we had two different opinions and the other side were people who disagreed with us on issues. Now we have two different sets of facts and so-and-so is an ******* who is out to screw us all simply because so-and-so disagrees with me on an issue. Anything your guy does is wrong, but if my guy does the same thing that's perfectly okay.
Here's my solution. They're ALL ********. Obama is an *******, Boehner is an *******, Biden is an *******, Reid is an *******, McConnell is an *******, Pelosi is an *******. They're all out to screw us. I don't agree with any of them, and the facts aren't what any of them is trying to spin. The only way that things get better is if we take more power from them and give it back to the people.
Washington, DC, has become nothing but corporate cronyism--I take care of the guys who voted me in, you take care of the folks who voted you in. The only way out is to reduce Washington's power.

Harry Reid justifies lying about Romney’s taxes: “He didn’t win, did he?”
What a lying scumbag this man is. He will not be missed in the Senate.
So he justifies his own special brand of “McCarthyism” because it worked in his favor. That’s precisely the way Harry Reid operated his entire Senate career. Libs are the ultimate smear and lie politicians.
Harry Reid just confirmed he is a typical lying p.o.s lib. Telling lies about Mitt Romney was perfectly normal in the world Libs live in. Not surprising in the least. Libs will be the destruction of America if they aren't stopped.
Harry Reid got on the floor of the Senate and outright lied and now he admits it while sounding proud of it. Harry Reid should be censured, but instead he will be praised by his fellow Dems. Dems have no problem with what he did. They lie on a daily basis to the American people and could care less.

He did it on the Senate floor because apparently anything said there is "protected speech". He could say anything he liked, including but not limited to straight up lies about Romney and paying his taxes (which Romney later released TEN years of returns, paying taxes each year), but it could have been an affair with a male page, running booze to build a family fortune or anything else he decided upon.
He could say anything he wanted with impunity. So he did. Lying POS. Typical.
Well he will stay in the Senate until 2017 so he has plenty of time to lie during next year's election cycle.
My fantasy is that during one of his speeches, he has a massive cerebral hemorrhage and collapses to the floor while drooling on himself and spends the next 20 years as a cabbage.

O'Reilly just called Reid a slimy weasel.
Yeah, I'd say that fits.
