Lot of possibilities. Obvious ones are Roger, Josh, James White, Maliek and James Reid. With the right system, all of these guys could have terrific years. J.T. could be a solid point guard. Marius could make a quantum leap. And don't forget Kemy and Stetson coming back. Who knows how they have matured and improved. Don't know all who will be back, but the new coach will have a pretty good nucleus with which to work. If he can put the right pieces in place, good things could happen on Univesity Avenue.04-cheers04-cheers04-cheers

The first job of the new coach will be to re-recruit the current players. Players almost always leave when there is a coaching change. I am quite hopeful that damage will be limited since so many of our players will be seniors or have already used a redshirt year. I certainly hope B Mitchell is wrong about Mareik looking to go elsewhere.

Whoever the coach is, they need to be hired quickly to keep out good players, let the poor players go, and start recruiting for the coming season.

If we are then we should announce today. If not, we will not hear until after the Final Four where interviews will be conducted. There are, at least, 2 assistants I am high on still playing.

I don't know enough about the assistants to make a judgement. But if MJS is high on them, then I assume they have some redeeming qualities.
