It's funny how everyone sees things differently.
Some are lobbying for Joe, and others feel that you shouldn't hire an assistant from the staff where the head coach was fired. Some are interested in Darrell Walker. Others feel he will follow in the footsteps of Sidney and Corliss. Some have expressed interest in Mark Downey.
He's had a very successful record as a head coach at the D2 level. Others feel he is not known and won't bring "splash" to the program.

It might just be like the AD search. They have someone here who wants the job. He is well liked and has good experience as an assistant. And they could hire him, but they want to make sure there isn't someone better out there just in case. I don't really know what to expect. But it's an exciting time just speculating on who we might hire. Guess it will be that way for a few weeks. Then half the people will be happy, and the other half will question the choice. Only time will tell who was right and who was wrong.04-cheers
