I never liked the idea of a search firm
It gave Arkansas John Pelphrey. Still, in this case it makes sense. Chasse has no previous experience hiring a coach. Eddie Fogler was a very good coach in his day and certainly has tons of connections in the college basketball world. Eddie will know about guys that we have no idea about and might even convince some to listen, who normally would not have done so. This gets more fascinating every day.
