RE: Calipari's legacy
Stephen A Smith & Skip Bayless were just talking on ESPN.
Stephen said according to his sources...if Cal had not gone to the Final Four last year...that he would have been fired.
He has rubbed a lot of folks at UK the wrong way...as well as the NCAA.
They don't like the level of success that he has had using the one and done rule....said that they would rather have someone like Coach K from Duke be their poster boy.

Also said that because of all this...Cal may decide that he doesn't have to put up with all of this...and go to the pro game.

Coach K never had a one and done? I don't believe this rumor one bit. Kentucky was done until Cal walked in there.

Coach K whined about it after Cal made his bread and butter with it. He later adopted it for himself (if you can't beat them, join them)
Cal has more one and dones than many other programs, including Duke hands down.

Coach K has had one and dones....Kyrie, Brand, etc. but not to the extent of Cal. This year K has one in Okafor and that's it.

Cal has about 5 or more every year.

B, quit your job and let us pass you off as Huggins. We send Josh to Knoxville and give you his check. Works for me. What say you?

Surely UK knew what they were getting into. If not, shame on them. All of the evidence was there in plain sight to see.

Willy Cauley-Stein - Jr.
Harrison twins - So.
Poythress - Jr.
Dakari Johnson - So.
Marcus Lee - So.

That goes against the 1-&-done thing, even though it's a small sample size.

Poythress was crap for them last year wasn't he?

He should do well this year for sure.

RE: Calipari's legacy
Take what Smith says with a grain of salt folks.
I dunno if it is true or not. He just said that he had sources who told him that...
He of course never named or listed those sources.
