Sign up Prohm NOW!!!
Just lost in NIT QFinals at ODU, but his team looks like a well-oiled machine.

I thought Moss, who we to our HS was going to be the hero for Murray St, but the ODU put one on top of his 3.

NIT games have been pretty good with the experimental :30 shot clock. Hope they go to this next year in all of D1.

I actually don't give a rat's --- about the kid. Just find it notable that the shining example of Pastner's failures couldn't even be bothered to put his hands up on defense,on a last second shot.

Maybe his coach didn't develop him enough.

Dude, the guy squeezed by him on the sideline to get a 35 foot shot off.

He couldn't foul him. Didn't bother to get his hands up? Get real!!!

RE: Watching Murray St play
You guys are like children.

Anytime another school does anything...and there are always a lot to choose from, you use that as a hammer.

Prohm had a great year for them in 2012...going 31-2 and making the round of 32.
Since then they have not made it back to the tourney...not even winning the OVC.

While Memphis, while short of great...or basically being viewed as down for equalling Murray's best ever season, made two tourneys, both ending in the round of 32, being ranked most of the time, and knocking off six ranked opponents...before a down rebuilding year that likely ends up several games better absent a pretty key injury.

But...Murray looked sharp in a loss to powerful ODU, so that places them ahead of 2013 and 2014 Memphis. See me after this coming season...

Man oh man...

Oh yeah, the obligatory reminder that I believe, without making fun of our own, that should our head coach lead the team to a similar record to this year next year, we should look to change...although chances of not improving a minimum five or more games are slim.

RE: Watching Murray St play
Oh yeah...the best Murray state team ever won a close game over Memphis in 2012, when Memphis failed to score on their last possession.

That win makes all things equal.

Since then...not even an OVC title.

Thanks for playing.

RE: Watching Murray St play
Memphis in 2012 = a team full of highly touted recruits nationwide......Murray a team with players that no one covets, only 3 players over 6'7" and it's just a drop in the bucket to you if they defeat us on our home court......HMMMM My response to that is WOW....simply WOW.......And you wonder why I call you CLUELESS....Give coach Prohm the weapons that Josh has and give Josh what he has and check the results again and it was Prohms' first year there!!!!! Give me a damn break

"The Tigers began the season ranked in the top 15 of the AP and Coaches polls and the consensus pre-season favorite to win the Conference USA championship. The Tigers had scheduled aggressively, with their out of conference schedule ranking as one of the toughest in the country among division 1 teams.[1]

The Tigers, with a roster dominated by a large sophomore class and freshman blue chip recruit Adonis Thomas, struggled somewhat with their difficult out of conference schedule. Despite not taking any bad losses prior to the start of conference play, the Tigers did not defeat a ranked opponent during their non-conference slate."

^^^^^ It's absolutely amazing how some here feel that this was a successful Tiger season....It doesn't sound that damn successful when you read this quote does it? It basically means your team did NOT meet expectations!!!!!!

Dumbarse!!!!! "Stupid is, as stupid does"!
