They have lots of these areas in Memphis. Slums chocked full of people killing and robbing each other and not a white person to be found.

Is this almost an oxymoron? Just basing it off actual stats on those areas.

There are many places across the states that are "without white people."

I think if they went somewhere without white people, the areas that the white people live in would improve as well. So, win-win, right? I mean, after all, as long as THEY deserve their own space, why shouldn't we? Two-way street, right?

Its a Supreme Court case. In it, the Supreme Court ruled that private clubs can discriminate. It looks like the Boy Scouts wanted to create a space free of the athiest or the Gay.

So are all of you guys whining about the Boy Scouts and saying that its ridiculous for them to exclude Gays or Athiests? If not it looks like a double standard.

While this is a Canadian school, I don't want to give too much into the the governance of the Student Union or law north of the border, but the case you cited ruled that in order to use such exclusion that the organization had to be private and that members had to fit within the 'expressive mission' of the group. So for an American equivalent it would have to be a private school that received no public funds and expressly stated that straight white men weren't allowed. Even then I don't know if Dale v. Boy Scouts would be sufficient precedence. Because you know a KKK student group is a non-starter.
