He is in his current position to facilitate that break from the UAB side.
I keep telling you folks: This is not about football.
So what you are saying is that we are affecting the change the BOT wants us to demand. And our 1st position is a UAB free of any Tuscaloosa overlords. They will negotiate Ray Watts out, and a free UAB and free to restart football at the FCS level, but Tuscaloosa keeps the medical school. So the BOT has to hold out until Clark leaves or C-USA kicks us out.
And Bear Jr. will not allow us to have a football stadium in his lifetime, so we have to figure that one out somehow.

He would still have to resign as president.
No one will ever trust anything he says either way.
If he did all of that, he would probably be found in a trunk pulled out of Smith Lake.

Birmingham CSI would have to show that someone was holding Watt's great-grand kids captive & torturing them before i thought he wasn't of his own free will in all of this.

That went across the line.
umm, how ? I stated to what depths evil would have to be, for Watts to not be a large part of the problem.

The phrase great grand children and tortured should never be used in a flippant way.
