Should be an interesting clash of styles this weekend. Will they be 3-1 type games (advantage Houston) or 13-10 type games (advantage UCF)?

We are going to have to pick up our midweek performances if we want to have any chance of hosting a regional. Texas State, HBU, now Lamar.

Memphis beat Arkansas 5-4 in a close one last night in Little Rock before a crowd of nearly 8,000. We host them tonight in Memphis in the downtown Triple-A stadium. .

Baseball America has us hosting a regional in their latest projection. Pitching is going to have to improve if that is going to happen. A lot of baseball left to be played.
