Not sure, but it seems to me there could be possible state ethics charges that could stem from willful deception of employees.

GOV Dr. Dr. Bentley is the chairman of the BOT and gets paid from state funds. Ray Watts gets paid from stare funds. Are the BOT members remunerated for their effort ?

Yes, but "willful deception of employees" is not an ethics violation.

I'm as pissed as anyone but lots of you guys have weird ideas of what is actually illegal in this state.

I believe Board members only get reimbursed for expenses, not any other payments. Not 100% on that though

No but this is:

Plenty of wiggle room in that section to generate several ethics complaints from today's statements of response. As those responses were in part directed at a Legislator and are in part an attempt at influencing public opinion regarding pending legislation.
