RE: Frozen Faceoff
Miami is playing some really good hockey. If Williams is solid in net, they are going to be a real tough team to beat come tournament time. They are fast, skilled and they got some size/grit. There top 6 up front may be the best two pairs in college hockey. They are very balanced. If I could think of a weak spot, it would be their depth at defense. I thought the Red Hawks were the hardest forchecking team the Broncos faced this year.
St Cloud played a very "structured" game vs the no names and once again, Lindgren was solid in net. Cloud was very opportunistic with their scoring chance and reminded me of Bronco hockey. I thought North Dakota didn't do a very good job of pressuring Clouds defenseman, which is their weak spot.

And the no names get swept this weekend, but probably will still end up with a number 1 seed in Fargo
What amazes me is UMD, not playing this weekend, still in the running for a #2 seed, think about it.........

RE: Frozen Faceoff
Sheppard and Anderson together, refs for the final, would have been our worst nightmare.
