1995- Old Dominion beat Villanova 89-81 in 3OT, Weber St beat Michigan St 79-72.
1986-Cleveland St beat Indiana 83-79, Arkansas-Little Rock beat Notre Dame 90-83.
in total now 20 14's have upset 3's.

Tidbit - with Iowa State's loss, that leaves only Syracuse as the only team that has lost as a 2 seed but not as a 3 seed in the opening round. The other 2 seed losers have also lost as 3 seeds.
