RE: Baseball stats (3/17)
I don't want to make another thread, so I will use this one...

It's Tuesday, so Georgia Southern is losing to rival The Citadel 4-3, bottom of the sixth.

Here's the rest of the schedule:

Alabama State at South Alabama
Appalachian State at UNC Asheville
Arkansas State at Memphis
Arkansas-Little Rock at Missouri State
Florida A&M at Georgia State
Lipscomb at Western Kentucky
Louisiana-Monroe at Grambling State
Texas vs UT Arlington
UTSA at Texas State

Still 4-3, top of the 9th. Rodney was ejected and the announcers are wondering if the SoCon will suspend him. 03-lmfao

App State lost their 10th in a row, falling to UNCA 11-5. We had beaten them like 10 straight. We are in a bad place right now.

AState about to lose its 5th straight. Down 5-2 to Memphis in the 8th. This losing thing is getting annoying.

BOBCAT MAGIC TONIGHT in the form of a 7 run 7th inning . . . . Gave the Cats a 4 run lead which held up. FINAL from San Marcos: TX ST 11 - 7 over UTSA.

A Bobcat Win is always GREAT

Appreciate your support as always.

Fantastic game in a fantastic environment. Always bugs me that the local contingent won't show unless it is a bigger name, but a record 4,123 to see a Maverick game in Arlington was onhand to view it.

UTA finished every complete inning ahead after they scored first until the ninth, when our Friday night starter came in and gave up 3. Mavs trailed 5-2. Big pinch hit for a freshman hitting .111 put the tying runs across the plate. A 1-2-3 tenth followed by a leadoff triple turned to victory after a UT-Austin wild pitch. Crowd erupted (though many left after UTA gave up three in the ninth).

UTA has really impressed me in two ways. One, there are a lot of freshman and they came up big and have all season. I mentioned the clutch 2-RBI hit with two outs, but several frosh pitchers put zeros on the board. The winning run was scored by a frosh and I think three Fr. pitchers had zero ER's tonight.

The second is how the offense moves with two outs. This game is another example, but we did it against stAte and USA. That is the mark of a winning team.

Rodney 0-7 in mid week games. 1-5 on the road. Our really weak schedule is the only reason we are above .500

The Citidel is a good baseball program. And you swept a good UGA team.

Your schedule is tougher than Troy.

But I do believe your tougher games are ahead of you. This conference is deep in baseball. Deeper than any sport we have.

Don't waste your breath on him

Skins is a hit-n-run poster. Throws some garbage out, and never backs it up. I've ask for examples of what he is talking about, but never delivers.
