When the Cincinnati and Dayton markets combine what will the new market be called and will that be the market ESPN uses in this sort of report?

I would guess it would be hyphenated like Dallas -Ft. Worth or Minneapolis -St Paul. I'm not sure how they handle Cleveland and Akron.
