With ODU, Charlotte, and Marshall all fairly nearby, I think it would be a good location for the next 4 years.
For those that are familiar, is it a good venue? Easy to fly into Greensboro? Thats a basketball crazy area, do you think it would be pretty good attendance?
Greensboro Coliseum capacity is 22k given that CUSA tournament attendance would be lucky to be half that not a good idea. Chattanooga's McKenzie arena seats just under 11k which make more sense.

Neutral court is a terrible idea and fortunately we don't have to worry about it happening anytime soon.

The Men and Women's tournaments used to be in two different cities. It didn't work. It won't happen again.
ODU has strong women's attendance (and could be much more once we get back on track). LaTech and MTSU have a following as well. Rotate between those three and you'll have a nice women's tournament. There is more value by splitting it up. It can also help the women side establish some type of an identity.
This is actually a great idea. I think WKU has a nice women's basketball following as well. But a rotation between these 4 schools in 4 year cycles would do the trick.

It needs to be in a destination place. Personally, I had no desire to spend vacation days going to Birmingham, AL (no offense!). Or it needs to be at a school in/around a large city with things to do other than watch basketball. That would make it a bit easier to justify spending the vacation time.
Ft Worth, TX is a great option. It's not as big as Dallas, and it always tries harder to do everything better than Dallas. It's got all the necessary resources and a lot of local history hosting big time events. I have no doubt that the city of Ft Worth would promote a CUSA Tournament very well, and downtown Ft Worth is already a great location for visitors. There are a ton of shops, restaurants, hotels and bars in downtown Ft Worth. The city of Ft Worth has a lot of experience at hosting big time events like this.

You have other places than can host the womens side. No one will ever go for a limited rotation like that. Plus middle has scheduling problems with the high schools.
Dont automatically put tech in that group. Their attendance got better but is still half of what they used to draw for the girls. Plus I dont see Summit being long term.
Western would be a good place for a womens event. Once we get our renovations done in a few years Hattiesburg will be a good place. Rice has a good set up for a girls tourney.
What did tech do in shreveport a few years back?

RE: Nuetral Site options
The city of Charlotte recently approved $16 million in renovations for the Bojangles Coliseum due to the Charlotte Checkers (Carolina Hurricanes minor league affiliate) moving to the facility from TWC Arena. The Checkers got tired of having to compete with the Hornets, NCAA games, CIAA tournament and concerts for dates at TWC.
If Charlotte were to host I think they would have to play the Women's games at Halton, the early men's games at the Bo' Round, and hold the Semis and Finals at TWC. This is exactly what they did when the SoCon tournament was held in Charlotte in 2010.

NO offense, but have you ever been through Southaven? There's absolutely nothing there whatsoever other than going to Memphis...
Hey, Southaven is the 3rd largest city in the State of Mississippi. What's wrong with that? j/k
You're right of course, just miles of suburbia with an arena in a parking lot. Might as well hold it in Memphis which would also make zero sense.

The BJCC is a wonderful neutral site for the C-USA tournament. I thoroughly enjoyed our experience in Birmingham.
