You mean like Adonis Thomas?

Adonis was the farthest guy from a knucklehead you will see. Where did that come from?

Talked to ESPN Paul Bianarcdi after game. He was most impressed with Bacon kid going to fla St. And both Lawson's but favored Dedric. Don't forget Dedric reclassified from 2016 hence his drop in ratings. If you are looking for super athleticism, no but above average with very good BB skills and high BB IQ. They will be impact players next year IF they work hard this summer. You can say that about virtually any player including Nichols who needs to extend his shooting range.

Reclassifying didnt change the status of Mr. Wiggins and hasnt taken Thon Maker out the top five when I last check. This is a bad excuse that I have heard to explain his drop.

No one is denying that the Lawsons and Hamilton were good in hs but to think that going from the tallest player on the court many nights and playing in the paint at his current level to an undersized less athletic big wont be a major adjustment that could produce less than astounding results is foolish.

Earlier I compared him to Perry Ellis and then I went and read Ellis draftexpress profile and I couldnt believe how similar they are. From the size to skill sets to body even the Mr. Basketball, MAA selection and a similar ranking. A Perry Ellis type player cant change a program no matter what he did in hs.

You are hung up on Perry Ellis. Never said he was Penny. I think his skills are much closer to Tashawn Thomas than Perry Ellis. Except much better passer than either. Has form to be good 3 pt shooter. How hard does he want to work? I've heard he spends a lot of time in gym.

Ok so are you implying Tashawn is better than Perry? I'm really not sure one way or the other just asking.

Tashawn Thomas looks a lot bigger and stronger than he will likely be in 3 or 4 years. Even still, Tashawn was just a role player when he played against major competition at Oklahoma this year. Even with him at Houston they weren't that great. Tashawn or Perry Ellis maybe solid players, but people are expecting some type of high level potential lottery pick one and done stud (like a Shawne Williams or Thad Young) from Dedric Lawson and I don't think they will get that. That's really why we are here discussing this.

How much better than michael Jordan is he? Just barely, or like twice the player?

I bet he averages 150 ppg in the bluff

Don't know that Adonis was and I sure don't mean to insinuate that the Lawson brothers are. I am beginning to think Kedran Johnson might be. The Tigers have had their share of knuckle heads.

Tired of arguing with y'all about this. I know a player when I see one. Haven't missed on very many. Remember leaving MSC saying how the hell did Duece Ford make McD AA.
I was saying I think he will put up Thomas type numbers his freshman/sophomore years. Avg between the two years 13-14 ppg and 8 Reb. The X factor is his passing. He will make others better because of that. And he can create his own shot.

We had 2? (If you count AN) guys who could do that this year. Thomas has NEVER been a role player at OK. Numbers dropped due to better competition and he has put on 10 extra pounds IMO. 30 min a game is not a role player in my book.
