IF true keep in mind schools only make statements about such things to get out ahead of media rumors. If it's not on the radar of anyone in the media there's no point in deliberately putting it on their radar.

I agree with you Moe to some extent. If like most media outlets, they follow this board and soon might make in inquiry. However to be proactive about it makes you more transparent and less like you are trying to hode something.

Dude

I think you should also take into count the source of this rumor and credibility.

We all remember the last rumor of Murray leaving (which never transpired) and who/how that started....

There's a reason the word "if" was in all caps in my post. There may be zero truth to the rumor, in that case no need for a statement at all.

Fever first off Murray was offered two assistant jobs In the NHL but decided to stay because he was seeking the head coaching job,You will see there is trouble in paradise,Pit is only one of the issues and he will be lucky to be back. But with that being said we have a young team that hopefully learned this year, but discipline on and off the ice has to change.

Give Murray a couple years to figure this power conference out, guys. Penalties were definitely a problem but I'm sure some of it has to do with our guys just not being as good as these other teams and having to take penalties to try to catch up.
