This bothered me at first, but then I checked the Sagarin ratings and UCLA, Texas, and OM are all rated a bit higher than Temple. In fact, Texas is #21. I have always thought that Sagarin is the best, non-biased rating system - much better than RPI, BPI, etc.

So, no problem from me on this.

Did you check the OM bad losses this year ALL AT HOME. Charleston Southern 166(264) , Western Kentucky 120(145), TCU 139(92) and Vanderbilt 111(106).

Compared to Tulsa's only bad loss ORU 170(195) on the road.

(sos) of other team.

Committee chair said that UCLA passed the eye test.

I always thought that the coach's hair played a role; now I'm sure of it.

How exactly did Temple get f@cked?

In the AAC they went 1-6 vs. SMU, Tulsa and Cinci.

They did whoop Kansas. Lost to Villanova by 23, Lost to Duke by 20 and lost to UNLV and St. Joe's too.

Murray was a three seed in the NIT.

NO good wins a couple embarrassing ooc losses (Valpo and Xavier by 20+ each).

That said, UCLA is a joke.

However, look no further to the fact Purdue was a 9 seed. Look at their resume.

The field was soooooo weak this year.

Defend your P5 buddies all you want. The main complaint against SMU last year wasn't their lack of big wins it was that they did not play a good non conference schedule. Tulsa played a better Non conference than these teams and had better record and RPI. You cannot change the rules every year to make it fit the teams you want in.

Meet the new boss (Power 5) same as the old boss (BCS)...

Same old thing, only the P5 newworldorderregime makes the BCS appear almost generous to outsider teams.

The Power 5 is just the next step in the slow march to college basketball's death.

P5 buddies? huh?

Simply responding to the statement that Temple was "f@cked."

As for Tulsa, just because you play the schedule doesn't mean you get in. It helps to, perhaps, win show up for one of those games.

Tulsa OOC:

Oral Roberts: Lost: 77-68
Oklahoma State: Lost: 73-58
Wichita State: Lost: 75-55
Oklahoma: Lost: 87-68
SE Oklahoma State (Div. II): Lost: 69-66

AAC teams in NCAA tourney:
SMU: Lost: 68-57
SMU: Lost: 62-62
Cinci: Lost: 56-47
