RE: Buffalo vs West Virginia
Yeah it was great to see the whole city of Buffalo support the Bulls. It's big time now and when Buffalo gets behind a team the fans really show up. Starved for a winner!
Also, anyone see a certain MAC coach sitting in studio next to Charles Barkley tonight? He spoke highly of the MAC. Hurley said it's an underrated league. Great to see this exposure for UB and the MAC.

I just wanted to say that Buffalo fan and student support was impressive, of the 8 teams there it was second only to Dayton. The guys I was with had been to Pittsburgh all day on Thursday and they said that Buffalo fan support was also better than any team there. I also thought that if Justin Moss was fully healthy, it would have been a UB victory.

Did you happen to be at R Bar before the game? I was with the small group of WVU fans sitting at the bar.

But Kentucky's autobid is just a formality ... its was getting an invite independent of whether it won the SEC tournament. Indeed, while some locks are playing in their conference tournaments for better seeding, Kentucky would still have been a 1 seed even if it had lost in the SEC final.

I mean spots set aside for autobids, which are the 12-16 seeds ... the ones that needed the autobid ticket punched to go to the dance. Those are seedings #47-68, and Buffalo was given the second highest spot in that group.

yeah, moss going kinda soft to the hole on the missed game tying layup was out of character.

FWIW, WVU took down Maryland to advance to the Sweet 16.
