Latest ESPN Bracketology has UAB as a 15th seed playing Kansas in the south region in Omaha. I would hope UAB gets a better seed than this.

Kansas hopes they get a better seed than that. It would suck to earn a 2 seed and be "rewarded" with playing this UaB squad.

I know the kids will do their best. Coach Ersan said yesterday that they really weren't feeling much pressure because they were so young they really didn't know any better. They're just having fun. Once it's the NCAA they will, can't help it, but no one gave us any chance of being here in preseason, so it's all grave from here.

I think about what this team will look like over the next couple of years and I can't help but smile.

CUSA should be a multi-bid league. la Tech And ODU both have legitimate arguments for a spot. Much rather watch a team that finished in the top four of a conference than an 8-8 team from a power five conference.

Middle is a damn good team. I dreaded facing them, because beating a team three times is really hard. That triple OT game showed me what kind of heart they have.

Congrats Blazers. Make some noise in the tourney. This is 2 years in a row we got put out by 1 by eventual conference champ yet we have some idiots believing the sky is falling.

I'd hate to be a high seed facing you guys. Your early season will cost some seeding but it'll be pain for someone else.

And really, really big thanks for not sending middle as our rep. That would have been embarrassing. Kermit still can't win a big tourney game.

WAY TO GO BLAZERS !! Very appropriate that you guys represent us this year. I am SO glad it is not red-faced Ray Harper and the WKCC Hillbillies. That would have been an embarrassment!! (OK, OK -- banter out of the way). Now it is time to get that sharp-shooting drilled in even further and work that offense in order to upset whatever high seed you do find yourself up against.

It is GREAT to be a Middle Tennessee Blue Raider and, by golly, it will be great to cheer for UAB in this year's NCAAs!!

Congrats Blazers! Heck of an end to the season. Your team really grew up as the season went on. Will be watching your games in the tourney and hope you make a deep run.

You have one of the better fan bases in this conference and a good basketball tradition. I really hope you get football back but if somehow that doesn't happen right away, I still hope C-USA keeps UAB for mbb and all remaining sports. I would bet that football will return one of these days. Best wishes on that score.
