I don't want to add more programs for anything. Lets better what we have.

Get a challenge going with another conference - MWC, MVC, or similar. Enforce scheduling discipline to get the out of conference strength of schedule higher. Put the first round tournament games on Tuesday night at the 5-8 seeds home arenas, and have all of those games televised regionally.

Sure. Why not? The bottom line is that something needs to be done about basketball in CUSA. Whatever we're doing now isn't working.
