If you think money has not changed hands between "interests" and players/families then you are living in denial. It happens everywhere in some shape, form or fashion.

I want Pastner gone in the worst way, and have never mentioned Cal in any of my posts. Matter of fact, I'm glad Cal's gone and wouldn't want to take him back even if he came crawling back. Cal hoarding all the money and RC's dumb*** agreeing to give it to him is one of the reasons our football program suffered during Cal's tenure here. Did I mention I want Pastner gone in the worse way?

RE: Coach Cal
Remember when Kentucky lost in the NIT early a couple of years ago? Cal put out the word he was in NY, recruiting. Neither CBS or ESPN contacted him on being the guest coach in the studio for analysis through the rest of March Madness. No matter how successful he is, there will be a cloud over him for what happened here and U Mass. I will be happy when Cal is out of the college game.

Kentucky is the most penalized school in the history of college basketball. Do you really think they have stopped cheating?

No matter how many Final 4's he gets to or national championships he wins at Kentucky, he will never receive the credit he deserves because of that cloud that will never go away. He is considered sleaze with a capital S by the rest of the country and that will not ever change. Kentucky fans are deluding themselves thinking they are the envy of college basketball.

RE: Coach Cal
Cal has the best job in the world. WWW recruits for him. Cal just rolls out the ball and let all those future NBA first rounders play. And he gets paid millions just to cuss and stomp his feet. Can't get any better than that.

RE: Coach Cal
you know for how GREAT Calipari is....can we all remember that he has the same number of championship games and titles as Tubby Smith for all that great recruiting he has done?

With that kind of talent...Tubby would have had some undefeated UK teams and won more than 1 championship for sure.
