Could Cokley not get on the all freshman team due to him winning the 6th man of the year award? Overall, he had just as good, if not a better, season than Lee and Norton. Congrats to these guys. they should be a force in the coming years.

Hopefully Coach Haase gets the COY award for the turnaround coming into conference play.

Agreed. This has to be one of our most decorated freshman classes.

I think we all agree the future is very bright for men's basketball.

Can't see it...not with the bad road losses (I could be wrong)

I'm not saying I don't think he is deserving of the award, but I kind of doubt Haase will get it as well. Fourth place finish (after controlling our own destiny for first at one point), bad road losses, and a lukewarm ending to the season don't bode well for him.

Also: does this award take into account the entire season or just the CUSA season? If it takes the entire season into account, I don't see any way he gets the award. Based on just the CUSA season, however, I think he has a strong case.
