I'm with Coop on this...It feels like Adidas said "Ok, you're leaving us so we will have Scotty the office assistant design these for ya...enjoy."

However, their logo is still on them so would anybody really make something suck on purpose with their brand associated with it out of spite?

The part that really sucks is how bad we will look on the cover of SI in the pic of us cutting the nets down after we win it all this year. Thanks Adidas...

If the top part of those pants did not exist I would really like them. I like the stripes on the one pant leg...but my god are those awful. It looks like they sewed the tops of parachute pants to our shorts.

In general I really don't care about team uniforms. If the kids like them, I don't care what they look like. But adding sleeve's is just bad business. I'm amazed UC would agree to this.

Because odds are the contract has a section that reads "During the Contract Term UC Athletics Shall...".

If UC does not comply they would be in breach of contract. Adidas would be entitled to monetary damages.

A couple of years ago Kansas said they would wear the postseason uniforms in the conference tournament but they were wearing their usual jerseys in the NCAA tournament. Maybe they hold more sway with Adidas than UC does, but more than likely UC can wear whatever it wants.

I bet the players like this stuff. Everyone for 3 or 4 years has complained about our post season uniforms and the players have always liked them. That is probably why they will wear them.

Holy crap those are ugly. Its as if Adidas said "yeah if they're going to under armour, we'll given them a nice send off, roll out the softball uniform design boys."

The band across the top of the shorts does look like the elastic panel on maternity pants.

I'm assuming both since that's how its been in the past.

It looks like they ran out of material and had to piece a uniform together out of scraps.

Everyone who is saying they made these as a big FU to UC for signing with Under Armour is sadly mistaken. Adidas is using the same template for all of their postseason jerseys for all the teams that are required to wear them. Everyone has similar Adidas jerseys this postseason.

Yes, they're not the greatest but everyone is stuck with them so it's nothing personal, just a crazy design for everyone.

Agree 100%. I remember in one of SK's years, they went from tanks to sleeveless for the post season and you could tell it bothered SK. He was always trying to roll them up over his shoulders.

I wish they could wear the Senior Day red uni's for the entire post season. I really like those. (yes, I know there needs to be a home and away jersey)

adidas does have some bad designers. But since this is the uni I'd like to see them wear them for about 6, 7 or more game this month.

i'm not good at memes or social media stuff, but maybe other who are more proficient can clown @adidas on twitter.

I agree with the sleeves comments. They have not played in sleeves all year. I think a change like this will affect some players.

shirts and skins would be better than adidas...

Not a huge fan of the design of the shorts but I'm not the demographic Adidas is trying to impress. Definitely looks like they are trying to capture the young hip hop look of the shorts down around the hips with the boxers hanging out. I'm not a fan of that look (on or especially off the court) by a long shot but most "hip" young men seem to like it.
