Size was good, but our people are extremely impressive: accomplished, well-spoken folk who are passionate yet polite. We flooded the legislative offices; all of my interactions were positive (some extremely positive) but others did get some pushback.

I didn't speak to him today but saw his comments just now on the news... The Mountain Brook Rep saying he didn't think it was the legislature's place to reinstate programs, that was a board issue. Uh, Duh! That's why we're fighting for equal representation there Brookie.

Maybe that was his milquetoast way of showing support for a restructure bill, but not a reinstatement bill?

I visit with my current and home town Senators and Representatives. All were receptive and had read my advanced contact information. All were interested in additional information showing history line of BoT abuse of UAB and UAB athletics. I believe both senators and the hometown Rep are on board. My current Rep is on the fence but I believe he is open minded still.

Great day had by all. We were well represented and got the attention of the law makers for sure.
