I remember reading something about how the football teams new UA uniforms were going to be pretty unexciting this season, and to expect some changes (an alt?) for 2016.

Anyone else remember reading that?

We were talking about it in class today. I just can't recall where I saw it.
It was something along the lines that the 2015 season will be the basic / standard uniform. 2016 will have something special. I wish I could find it. Maybe I'm thinking of something else having gone to sportslogos.net so much.

I remember. Pretty sure BW said it.

He or someone else from the fb team said it. I believe there was an issue of when the UA contract started and the Nike one ended that made it difficult for UA to come up with much before the season started.

I hope we get an upgrade from last year. We don't need to be Oregon but an update with more style would be nice. The new uni's were a refeshing look from years past but still looked as plain as can be

I'm not sure if he was quoted as saying it anywhere, but he said it at the Coaches Caravan last year. He said they didn't have much time to do anything as an alternate uni last year and to just expect a basic blue jersey and white jersey. He said to expect more for the 2016 season.
