In the next month I won't be around much do to finals coming up, and it's not fair to the other mods if I'm not picking up the slack. I really haven't been doing that much the past several months, and it's not fair to those guys.

Certain of 'you' seem to go out of your way to press the edge of any rule set before you and it isn't the job of unpaid moderators to make sure that you fully understand the rules. We do our best, but the responsibility rests with YOU to take some hints and step back from the edge, and not with US to somehow make sure you really understand. We can explain it to you, but we can't understand it for you... and as the SCOTUS once said, I can't describe it, but we all know it when we see it.

If you don't want much moderation, there are forums for you.

This isn't one of them.

I/we don't have time to read all of the threads and many 'relationships' between posters extend beyond the forum... I suspect you're going to see a lot more warnings going forward... and there really isn't a point in arguing with them unless you're literally facing a ban. Take the hint, even if you were somehow 'justified'.

I find it pathetic that I even have to prove my reasoning, but I heard people talking through the grapevine. Over this past month I was studying for my finals. Even found some time to post here and there, but hardly any moderating. I took my finals last Wednesday and waiting on the grades. Between that, I'm talkin' with family and friends on whether or not law school is in my future.
