Actually the first person to be fired over the Syracuse sanctions, should be Mark Emmert. At the time LSU was on probation, Mark investigated the accusations, and determined minor problems, no real wrongdoing. After being sued in court the 2 women, who had been fired received $110,000 each. A member from LSU had to testify in court that grades had been changed.
