I remember being in an incredibly empty Madison Gardens the year we took 3rd place. Can't remember how our coach that year was judged based upon that season, but I'm pretty sure those calling for his head at that time ended up listening to a lot of Sheryl Crow over the next few years. On a seemingly unrelated subject, does anyone know if it's a steady diet of crow that causes shortsightedness, or is it shortsightedness that creates a taste for crow?

This is absolutely comical, especially given you were whining about other posters using the word "fat" to describe Kedron. But hey, those"cancers" are gone and free game now. Besides, I have been hearing this sentiment basically every year since JP has been here, the good ole "addition by subtraction". That was going to be the case with Will Barton, Adonis Thomas, Spoon, Tarik Black, and then Joe Jackson. Around and around the wheel spins, who does it land on this year? Magee, Pookie, or someone else decides to leave this summer? Once that person is gone Memphis will be ready to go... Give me a break. Maybe, just maybe, it is losing the head coach that is the variable that would make that equation work out...
