If we both stay in the aac, I can see this becoming a nasty rivalry. Face it, we needed this since lewisville left.....twice

This is a game for bragging rights. Seriously, UCONN couldn't beat us with a 22-2 free throw disparity?!?! Wow, how sweet this victory is!

Who knows how long we or they will be stuck in this conference. I really don't have anything against UConn or the state of Connecticut. I kinda feel sorry for them, actually. Not many programs of their stature outright lose their spot in the P5 out of the blue.

Just goes to show you how meaningless basketball is. We need to keep investing in football because that is all that matters

Their stature? Aside from basketball, men's & women's, they are nothing. Got to give it to them on the BB court, they are elite IMO. But we all know football is everything these days & they play in a DII stadium before small crowds. If UConn were not in the NE, they'd be a Davidson College.

You been around their fans? Insufferable in my experience. Plus, seems like every time we play them now we get into some kind of scrap. I don't think the two teams care for each other one bit.

Those "northern" schools really hate us. They could easily replace Lville as a nasty conference rival, it's sweet to beat a team on the road that has four banners hanging from the ceiling.

They may be insufferable but they are blue blood in men's/women"s BB.
