With Knucklehead stating he was unable to be our Mod due to only having access to his phone, there has been discussion on how to proceed. Another board mod, Chiefsfan, who is a frequent contributor here, has agreed to create the poll. Here are his toughts from another link that have been cut & paste:

"If I was to also make a suggestion...you should appoint a neutral observer to keep an eye on the results and make sure there are no "hinky votes" or anything. (trolls, JMU fans, multiple user accounts...etc) and report the final results to GTS. The person should not be someone actively running for mod, and should be someone without a vested interest in who wins."

"It does not matter. Usually, its whoever starts the poll itself...because that person controls opening and closing the thread etc. I'm about to be locked inside by 3 inches of sleet tomorrow, so I could do it, but I'm not doing anything unless you guys are all okay with it."

"The only advantage I have is that I know how to set a poll to close, and how to make sure votes are public. But that's something any of you could easily learn."

If anyone is uncomfortable with this please comment. If not, it's a way for us to complete this last board task. Replies are encouraged.

Give me till 5pm ET tomorrow just in case someone vehemetly disagrees.

Is there any preference on how long you guys want the poll to run. My suggestion is at least 4 days. (Meaning late Monday Night close at the earliest) Just in case someone goes out of town for the weekend.
