Their goal for the entire year was to deport 7,100 individuals.

And of course the crime rate likely dropped...considering who they actually deported:

You're correct, but I don't think the central point has been undermined, which is why doesn't the US get hot on enacting similar measures for illegals who who fall into to convicted crime or asked to leave category?

I am unconvinced that it was these nutjobs that are being deported that were committing all of the crime. It seems more like a coincidence than a cause and effect situation.

Deporting non-citizens who take part in extremism etc is perfectly valid in my opinion. You could do the same thing here in the US pretty easily. Congress can do just about anything they want with resident aliens.

Because we're not a relatively tiny country like Norway...and our elected officials of both parties don't have the stones to do it.

But I highly doubt that was that central point since our problem in America isn't Muslim illegal immigration.

Plus, there is no cite for the crime statistics anywhere. It was simply made up. Reading comments from actual Norwegians to my link, they haven't even released crime statistics for 2014!
