This is why I just don't get excited about any "verbal commitments" we receive.

Meanwhile Matt Campbell has offered two Toledo commits Eyioma Uwazurike and Jalen Martin both from Michigan. Not necessarily surprising but we could lose them here pretty soon.

Also arguably the best recruit of the class Tyrece Speaight has said he'll decommit as well. (He said this via Twitter)

I think everyone knew Campbell would start poaching Toledo's recruits. But then again, players really commit to coaching staffs and not programs. Hopefully Toledo can find a quality candidate soon.

For those of you that think we should love Campbell FOREVER, this is the kind of crap that pisses me off. Not the assistants, but the commits that were recruited using UT's time and money. Campbell can do everything right until the very end, but this makes me say **** you. Pinkel did the same with a few recruits when he left and it took me a long time to respect him again. But he really never recruited this area much again because he realized that he couldn't beat Texas with MAC recruits and he couldn't go head to head with Ohio State, Michigan, MSU and ND for the top area recruits.
