I think it will be Kurt, but yes it is still undecided as of this point. The JUCO was listed by the coaching staff as a WR on their official signing day stuff.

Taking the OP's condition...I would say it is the Tulsa QB. Here's my reasoning:

As much as I like Dane Evans, he is a tough kid and I liked how he played against us last year, I think they're new coach will lean towards awarding the starter to Chad President 'cause he's more geared towards the offense of their new head coach. President was well regarded by Baylor, which is where Tulsa's new HC is from...I'm really curious to see how all that turns out. So, that's my take.

Still, my boy Paxton is gonna be the star of the conference...not that I'm biased
