Hillary broke laws regarding e-mails as Secretary of State.
Hillary was required to keep her e-mails on a government account, but she refused to set up an account. She exclusively used her personal e-mail account for government business. This allowed her to maintain complete control over what e-mails were kept. It also violated federal law. A government archivist said this was unprecedented. This is so Clintonian.

Contrast this with Jeb Bush who just released every e-mail he had as governor of Florida. That's all you need to know to contrast typical Bush and Clinton behavior.

Maybe someone can link the NY Times article.

WASHINGTON — Hillary Rodham Clinton exclusively used a personal email account to conduct government business as secretary of state, State Department officials said, and may have violated federal requirements that officials’ correspondence be retained as part of the agency’s record.

Mrs. Clinton did not have a government email address during her four-year tenure at the State Department. Her aides took no actions to have her personal emails preserved on department servers at the time, as required by the Federal Records Act.

Nothing will happen. She's untouchable and if any republican suggests an investigation it will be deemed a witch hunt.

It doesn't matter.

She's the left's demigod, and all questions of legality, morality, or competence are irrelevant.

In addition to breaking the law, there is a judgment issue regarding national security. Was her e-mail secure?

This is an issue Americans can understand. It's going to dog her forever.

I do have to say, as a potential presidential candidate she is really giving her opponents a lot of ammunition. Obama has shown that he is very immune to issues (Benghazi, lying about Obamacare, etc.) like this, the question though is Hillary?

The left wing MSM does not worship her as they do Obama, but they favor her vs. any from the right.

Of course she is - she is their next anointed choice. The ends always justify the means.

For 40+% of the electorate she could be caught doing most anything - breaking government law, accepting large sums of money from foreigners - whatever.

For those on the left - none of it matters. Think Marion Barry - anything is okay.

RE: Hillary broke laws regarding e-mails as Secretary of State.
The only hope of Hillary having to answer for any of her shenanigans is for a serious challenger to arise to her coronation as the 2016 candidate. He'd have to be very strong, self assured, experienced and have the backing of some serious money. He would also have to seriously hate Hillary . Unfortunately, there is no one that fits that description.

Well Bill does but that pesky 22nd Amendment...

To me, that's the main issue. Google/yahoo etc is NOT secure email. So, the US Secretary of State was sending emails, in an official capacity, over public nonsecure email. That is beyond stupid.

So tell me, fizzy. What in her background tells you she'll be a good president?

I always figured the cult of personality required someone with a personality.

Breaking the next great barrier - She has female parts - she has a "D" next to her name on the ballot. This is ALL that matters. Nothing else does. But you already knew that.

There's no doubt that the MSM and hard left won't care, my question were more so that small percentage of undecided voters that actually decide the election. Remember Hillary was the hands down favorite the last time, but Obama came in and was much more likable to the voters than Hillary. I think thats the main reason she's been so quiet for right now. I think Hillary knows the more she speaks the less people like her. Her best bet right now is to let Bill do the talking.

None of this stuff will matter one bit. It will be "I am woman, hear me roar" - women's reproductive rights, women's pay, women's victims of sexual assaults, grandma forced to eat dog food, and on and on.

Whomever the Republicans trot out will be made to appear that he participated in numerous gang rapes on buses in India.

And the MSM will jump on the train to help her along and stifle all of her long list of dirty things.

None of the past will matter.

Long live Queen Hillary........................and the soccer moms will lap it up and Hillary will get 60% of that demographic - and she'll win.

My prediction................
