So much potential. With AAC programs playing in your gym now, there's nothing holding ECU back from scoring a coach like Haith at Tulsa, and talking about punching dance tickets.

Lebo is going anywhere. Just got an extension to 2021 I believe.

Also, Tulsa has a history of getting really good coaches. We've had a couple misses... But we've had quite a few hits. I think ECU's best plann would be going the Memphis route and trying to out recruit everyone else.

Outrageous.

They're obviously not giving extensions by wins and losses. Besides the length, the concerning part is that ECU's OOC schedule was hot garbage and they're still in 7th.

You will have to snatch last place out of USF's cold dead hands.

UCF is on sanctions, and they have a very good recruiting class coming in. UH has Sampson righting the ship. They'll both donkey stomp Lebo next year.
I'm referencing your OOC because ECU's RPI is working against the conference. There's no excuse for it. If there was a method to Lebo's madness, and ECU was performing, then whatever. However, by not cleaning up the schedule, you're just an anchor down there.

You do know ECU's RPI is higher than Houston's, UCF's and USF's right? It's by no means great, but to say that only ECU's RPI is hurting the conference is simply not true.

Yeah but USF and Houston are breaking in new coaches, who had little time to fill out their rosters; and UCF hasn't had a full roster in some time.

Lebo has been around for awhile already. He was never an upper-tier CUSA coach. I'm wondering how anyone can expect he's going to perform above his previous levels in a tougher league.

ECU has a lot more to offer a prospective coach than they did when they settled on the coach that Auburn fired.

They'd all better worry, we're coming on strong.

I'd be worried if we weren't actually investing in our program or if our recruiting wasn't picking up but we are doing both. Our best player is a Freshman and our second best player is a Soph.

as far as worrying about him perfoming better than in C-USA, we already are performing better this year than last year in C-USA. Also with the increased competition we get increased exposure, which should only help our program.

To be honest, even though we started the season poorly, we have a lot to be optimistic about going to next year, in my opinion as much as UCF, Houston or USF.

Lebo has won more games than any other ECU coach in his first four years at the helm. He is a very good X and O coach...pick up a little on the recruiting trail and we will be there. The thought of getting rid of Lebo now is short sighted.

UCF is on probation because of the actions of their own coach. Secondly, they always have a good recruiting class coming in, but for some reason Lebo gives Jones fits. Maybe the issue is actually Jones.
