So I should just tell my friend and his wife and 14 year old son that they should come on down "because it was on Friday last year as well"?

You people criticizing me need to slow your roll. My point, as any reasonable person would note, was growing the fan base. making it easier - not harder - for PROSPECTIVE fans to engage the program.

I WILL BE THERE. YOU ALL KNOW THIS.

Likewise, I suspect anyone on this board within driving distance will be there as well. The people on this board are not the issue. The people on this board are not going to increase attendance. People NOT on this board are the ones who are going to increase attendance.

I can't believe I have to explain this, but the effed up thing about it is, I knew I would have to even before I posted it. You people are unbelievable.

RE: Spring game on a Friday?
I've made it to probably the last ten Spring games. It's a great time. That being said, I HATE the idea of the Friday night game. I'll probably have to take a day off work to watch a freaking football practice. I'm pretty sure I did the same thing last year.

I've been going to nearly all home tiger football games and some away games since i was a little kid, and i'm embarrassed to say i've never been to a spring football game, but i will try to go this year.

What is the date and time?

RE: Spring game on a Friday?
Thanks geo. I'll mark it down. I can do friday night easier than a saturday. One reason i haven't gone is i work on saturdays and that time of the year, we are busy. We shut our company down to go to tiger football games in the fall when the games are early on a saturday.

The theme is "Friday Night Lights"
I like it!

It is a cool theme and this may work out. My daughter has a soccer game in Montgomery the next afternoon. Take a vacation day for Friday, tailgate, Spring game, and then an early Saturday morning drive to Montgomery.
